ORDERS
All orders received are subject to final acceptance by Intelligence Support Group, Inc., (ISG) main Headquarters. Orders cannot be executed unless a written form is submitted and accepted by the ISG Headquarters. Payment must be included with order, unless otherwise arranged.

ITEMS OF SPECIAL MANUFACTURE
All items of special design and/or manufacture to the customer's request shall be considered non-returnable and such orders shall not be subject to cancellation after acknowledgment. Acknowledgment will be presumed after a period of 24 hours from the date the purchase order is received by Intelligence Support Group, Inc.
TRANSPORTATION
Prices contained herein do not include taxes, handling, insurance and freight charges for equipment shipped to destinations within the United States. Shipments can be made via carries, common carrier, mail, or air express services as specified by the customer.
FOREIGN SHIPMENTS
Prepayment or irrevocable guarantee of payment by corresponding U.S.A. bank is required when placing an order. Payment must include air or cargo freight, insurance, document charges, duties, taxes, etc. and must be payable at sight upon shipment.
RETURNED MERCHANDISE
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted unless authorized by ISG in advance. Returns of custom made items will not be permitted under any conditions.
PRICE CHANGES
All prices are subject to change without notice.
NOTICE
When applicable, equipment sold may be subject to Public Law 90-351, Title II, 18 U.S.D., Section 2511, and any local, state or federal ordinances. Telephone regulations should be consulted prior to use of any equipment attachedd to telephone lines. FCC regulations should be consulted prior to use of any radio transmitting equipment. It is the sole responsibility of the BUYER (not ISG) to consult legal counsel for interpretation of any local, state or federal laws applicable to the intended use of all equipment sold.
EXPORT LICENSING
Certain products may not be exported from the U.S.A. without specific approval by the Department of Commerce (Part 370, Export Administration Regulations) and/or the Departmetn of State (Title 22, parts 121-128, ITAR). It is the BUYER's responsibililty, not ISG's, to obtain such licensing, unless agreed upon otherwise. ISG reserves the right to refuse shipment to any exporter who has not satisfactorily shown their compliance with applicable export regulations.
